Grassroots Motorsports’ JG Pasterjak lives somewhere near Daytona, so he opted to show off his hurricane prep. As someone who thankfully lives a lot further inland, it’s kind of fascinating but terrifying at the same time.

I know tornadoes. Tornadoes suck. A lot of the lines like “that’s going to blow away, that’s not going anywhere, that’s probably losing a roof” remind me why I moved further south from tornado alley, heh. But JG seems to take it like a pro. Some stuff’s probably not going to be there in 24 hours, and welp . That’s what happens. (At least the race cars are in a pretty sturdy building.)

Hope everyone in Matthew’s path is high, dry and out of it. Stay safe out there.

Tornados suck and blow. Storm prep is tough. You do the best you can and see what happens.

Yup, that’s JG alright. I so badly need to make it to the challenge next year.
